At WESTLYN, each order is prepared with care and intention. We are committed to delivering your pieces with efficiency, precision, and attention to detail from the moment they leave our studio to the moment they arrive at your door.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During periods of high demand or collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended. Should this occur, you will be notified promptly.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery estimates vary depending on destination and selected shipping method:

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service. From time to time, WESTLYN may offer complimentary or promotional shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, WESTLYN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure all shipping details are entered accurately at checkout. WESTLYN is not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to address issues may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, WESTLYN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance in such cases.
