Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must have all original tags attached
- Items must not be marked as final sale or non-returnable

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at www.westlyn.us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
